What do you sell?
We specialise in three categories: aquarium equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, lighting), LED lighting (addressable strips, channels, controllers, panels) and 3D printing (filament, nozzles, spares and custom prints).
Can you 3D print a custom part for me?
Yes. Order the "Custom 3D-Printed Part" product or message us on WhatsApp with your model file, preferred material and colour, and we will quote you.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver across South Africa using PAXI. Standard delivery is 7–9 business days and Express is 3–5 business days.
How much is shipping?
PAXI Standard is R 99.00 and PAXI Express is R 149.00. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
How do I pay?
We accept secure card payments through Yoco. You will be redirected to Yoco to complete payment, and your order is confirmed once payment is verified.
Do I need an account?
No. We offer simple guest checkout — just add to cart, enter your delivery details and pay.
Do your products carry a warranty?
Electronic items such as pumps, heaters, controllers and panels carry a standard manufacturer warranty against faults. Contact us with your order reference if anything arrives faulty.
Are the prices VAT inclusive?
Yes, displayed prices include VAT at 15% where applicable, and VAT is shown separately on your cart, checkout and invoice.
