Returns Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email orders@ajrtech.co.za or WhatsApp 073 622 1358 with your order reference and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of mind

Unopened items in original, resalable condition and packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For hygiene, health and safety reasons, opened consumables and custom or made-to-order items (including custom 3D prints and cut filament) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original Yoco payment method within a few business days.
