Orders & pricing

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT at 15% where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Yoco. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been verified. Stock is reserved and reduced after successful payment.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once payment is confirmed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or events beyond our control.

Products

Please use all products responsibly and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Electrical items (pumps, heaters, LED drivers and controllers) must be installed and operated according to their ratings; keep aquarium electronics away from unintended water contact and use appropriate residual-current protection. 3D-printing consumables and printed parts may not be food-safe or suitable for high-temperature or load-bearing use unless stated. Keep small parts away from children.
